What are the requirements to work with you?
We are a business to business distributor so as long as the devices you purchase from us are meant for resale, you can buy from us.
How can we place an order?
You can place an order on our website or if you prefer a more personal and offline touch, you can call, text, or Whatsapp us at 650-394-7310 Payment details will be on the invoice and in stock product will ship out next day after payment is received.
Are there any volume discounts?
Our prices are wholesale prices already. In select cases, we will be able to offer volume rebates but typically these require more than 100 devices to be purchased every month. All rebates are issued in the form of credit at the end of quarter.
Are your phones unlocked and ready for activation?
Yes all our phones offered online are unlocked and clean ESN. Depending on the model, they can be activated on any network
Can I buy locked devices or bad esn phones?
What warranty do you offer on your products?
We offer a 90 day functional guarantee - if there is an issue with our device, you can send us the device and we will send you a similar model. We offer this policy in good faith - we reserve the right to reject any returns if the devices are damaged / opened by you or your customer or if we see abuse
Shipping and payments
How do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship via Fedex express and the cost is tiered based on the number of devices in the order.
- 1-5 phones / order - $25
- 5-20 phones / order - $45
- 25-50 phones / order - $75
- 50+ phones / order - $125
When will my order be shipped?
We ship next day after payment is received
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept ACH, Wires, Venmo and PayPal Friends and Family. All payment details are available on your invoice. We do not accept 3rd party payments or credit cards
What is the return policy?
For any grading and functionality issues, we offer a 90 day replacement guarantee. This means we will replace the phone with a similar device. We offer this policy in good faith - we reserve the right to reject any returns if the devices are damaged / opened by you or your customer or if we see abuse
What is the return process?
Please use this form to request approval for an RMA. Your RMA will be approved within 24 hours and you can ship the devices back to Secondlifephones Corporation, P.O. Box 452514, Los Angeles, CA, 90045. Getting the devices get to us safely is your responsibility so please use a tracked and insured carrier
When will I get the replacements?
Typically returns are shipped within 72 hours of receiving the devices from you. If we are out of stock on that particular model or color, we will reach out to you for approval for a replacement.
