You can pay via Bank Wire, Zelle, quick pay, Venmo or PayPal friends and family.

Online Order Process

Our online order process is like ordering on any e-commerce website

  • Place an order using our catalog or quick order form
  • Fund your order using the payment information on the order confirmation page and order email. We have a 5 unit minimum order quantity.
  • Your order will ship next business day after your payment is received. Email and text confirmations will update you on your order status

This process is best for smaller companies that buy 5-25 units a month

Offline Order Process

Our offline order process gives you the flexibility to make offers on our inventory

  • Use our price list to see our current available inventory. The pricing on this list is customized to your account
  • Make an offer via text, email or phone. All you need to send us the your company name, product, quantity and price
  • Receive an offer acceptance or a counter offer with a proforma invoice
  • Fund your order using bank wire transfer. Payments are due within 24 hours of offer acceptance
  • Orders will ship next business day after your payment is received. Email and text confirmations will update you on order status

This process is best for larger companies that can buy 25+ units from us every month

Questions About Our Order Process

You have the flexibility to use both our online and offline order process. Typically, single or multi store retailers use our online order process. Our offline order process is most effective when you want to place a large order and discuss order specific pricing

For small orders of up to $1500, you can pay by credit card. However, there is a 3.5% convenience fee when paying by credit card

Your order will ship next business day after your payment is received. You will receive an email and text confirmation when your payment is received. A tracking number is provided once your order ships

You can change/cancel your order till your order ships. For order changes/cancellations, please email support@2ndlifephones.com or text/Whatsapp 650-394-7310. We will get back to you within 60 minutes to confirm your changes.
