We started in 2017 with one idea: a used phone business only works if the buyer can trust the description. Everything we built since — the grading standard, the repair floor, the 90-day guarantee — exists to make that true.
What we do
We buy used phones in volume, repair what needs repairing, grade every phone against a written standard, and sell to businesses who resell them — repair shops, retailers and distributors in a dozen countries.
Most companies in this trade only sort and ship. We run one of the largest repair and refurb teams in the country, which means we can turn broken stock into phones that are ready to sell, and stand behind the grade we put on them.

Where to find us
Our warehouse and repair floor are in El Segundo, California. Everything is inspected, repaired and shipped from there. Customers are welcome to visit — tell us when you are coming.
