You have the flexibility to use both our online and offline order process. Typically, single or multi store retailers use our online order process. Our offline order process is most effective when you want to place a large order and discuss order specific pricing
For small orders of up to $1500, you can pay by credit card. However, there is a 3.5% convenience fee when paying by credit card
Your order will ship next business day after your payment is received. You will receive an email and text confirmation when your payment is received. A tracking number is provided once your order ships
You can change/cancel your order till your order ships. For order changes/cancellations, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or text/Whatsapp 650-394-7310. We will get back to you within 60 minutes to confirm your changes.
